National Partnership for Reinventing Government
Introduction:
The National Partnership for Reinventing Government is the Clinton-Gore Administration’s initiative to reform the way the federal government works. Its goal is to create a government that "works better and costs less." This program began early in the President Clinton’s first term, with Vice President Al Gore at its helm, the Review has been a consistent effort of their Administrations.
